I'm Kim Sedgwick, co-founder of Red Tent Sisters.

I love to geek out on systems, strategies, and sales funnels. I'm also an empath who talks about energy, values, and vision boards.

I believe that marketing can be joyful, if you're doing it right (meaning it's rooted in authenticity).

I definitely don't think you need an MBA to be awesome at business, but I'm a firm believer that you need some kind of education or mentorship. Most importantly, you need a program or guide that's the right fit for you.

One day, I got talking to a friend about her website and brand. It was a casual conversation at first, but before I knew it, we were three hours in and we'd come up with her ideal client (and a marketing strategy to reach them), a new pricing structure that allowed her to stay in her "zone of genius" (if you're not familiar with The Big Leap, I highly recommend picking it up), and a system for preparing customer quotes so that she wasn't constantly recreating the wheel.

What does this look like?

In addition to soulful coaching that will clarify your "why" (aka, your values), I'll also put on my consulting hat and together, we'll brainstorm next steps. This may mean looking at different Content Management System (CMS), partnership opportunities, or sales funnels. Or none of those things. It really is about aligning action with your goals.

One of the things that drew me to coaching is the commitment to client-coach alignment. I'm not trying to be THE business coach. I want to be the right fit for the clients I'm meant to work with.

I could write a bunch about coaching and my entrepreneurial credentials, but I believe the best way to know is to jump on the phone. One of my superpowers is my intuition and I promise that if I don't think we're a good match, I'll be upfront and offer a referral instead. I want to set you up for success, whatever form that may take.

I want to congratulate you on taking this bold step. Although we live in a post-sexual revolution era, there is still a lot of stigma around sexual pleasure. I grew up in a very progressive family and yet I still struggled with my sexuality, so I know firsthand how difficult this process can be.
